NAS will hold its annual membership meeting at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Community Resources Exchange, at 42 Broadway, New York, NY 10004. All current NAS members are welcome to attend for an update on NAS’s work in 2016, and for the election of new members to the board of directors. If you plan to attend the meeting, please RSVP at contact@nas.org.
Members are also invited to submit nominations for open seats on the board. In accordance with NAS’s bylaws, NAS members wishing to make nominations must notify NAS secretary B. Nelson Ong in writing no later than September 16, 2016. Please submit nominations by email to contact@nas.org. Only individuals who have been members for at least one year may make nominations and nominees must themselves be qualified members of at least one year standing. Nominations by petition must have the written support of three hundred members.
