Wharton School professor Peter Cappelli has recently written a mostly good book in which he argues that college does not ensure any "earnings premium" and, for quite a few young Americans, will prove to be an "investment" with a negative return. In this week's Pope Center Clarion Call, I review his book, which largely supports the argument I have been making for years that college has been oversold.
