Two Books I'd Love to See the Justices Reading

Those books are Wounds That Will Not Heal by Russ Nieli and Mismatch by Richard Sander and Stuart Taylor, Jr. Both take a wrecking ball to the foolish notion that "affirmative action" is a benign policy that just helps America to become a fairer, more just society with no drawbacks at all. I explain why I hope the members of the Supreme Court will read the books in this week's Pope Center Clarion Call.
