Samuelson versus Kirwan -- No Contest

The Washington Post recently published a column by Robert Samuelson, who argued that we have badly oversold higher education, and a feeble rebuttal by University of Maryland chancellor Brit Kirwan. It was no contest. In today's Pope Center article, I score the bout as a KO for Samuelson. Kirwan never laid a glove on his arguments.
