Romney's Higher Ed Positions Won't Rock the Boat

Presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney has released a white paper with his views on education (K-12 and higher) and in this week's Pope Center Clarion Call, I take a look at his views. They wouldn't do much to rock a boat that needs vigorous rocking.
