Looking Back at the Duke Lacrosse Case after Ten Years

In today's Pope Center article, Brooklyn College history professor Robert (KC) Johnson looks back at the hideous Duke case, which is now almost a decade old. Regrettably, Duke remains stuck in its diversity obsession and many of its current faculty members would probably act just as the "Group of 88" did when they immediately condemned the accused players and praised student zealots for "not waiting." That speaks volumes about what's wrong with higher education today.
