Diversity Uber Alles!

George Leef

In my SeeThruEdu post, I comment on the "guidance" recently issed by the Departments of Justice and Education in light of the Supreme Court's decision in Fisher v. Texas. The feds tell college officials that it's OK to continue using racial preferences as usual, pretending that the Court simply reaffirmed Grutter. It did no such thing, of course. Alas, the diversity mania causes top federal officials to swoon at the thought of having to back off on the use of "affirmative action."
