Attack of the Administrator Zombies!

That pretty much sums up the thrust of Professor Benjamin Ginsberg’s new book The Fall of the Faculty. In today’s Pope Center Clarion Call, Professor Robert Weissberg reviews it, adding agonizing details to Ginsberg’s tale of woe. Both find that our rampant administrative bloat not only wastes great amounts of money, but also has a deleterious impact on what is taught and how.
