A New Zealander Looks at American Higher Ed

In today's Pope Center Clarion Call, Professor Richard Cocks, a native of New Zealand who now teaches at SUNY-Oswego, reflects on the weaknesses he sees in American higher education. Unfortunately, our bad habits seem to have infected the formerly solid educational system in his native land.
